The above values are my own subjective determinations, with the quartet values
"borrowed" from a Cakewalk template file for a Violin Quartet. And reverb
values are based on relative distance of the instrument from the front.

Some other suggestions for different instrumental combinations (reserving the
center [64] for "odd" groups only):

Other suggestions might included considering only positions for left, center
and right, and assigning values accordingly ONLY among the range 0, 64, and
127, where in an "odd" group, the "lead" instrument would be assigned the
center.
